Jim co-founded Progressive Marketing in 1979 and heads up the Eastern Region for the agency. He is currently responsible for True Value, Ace Hardware, Carter Lumber, Discount Drug Mart, LWI Holdings, Summit Racing, Lesco, Marc's, and Sherwin-Williams. He is also responsible for most agency administrative functions.
Prior to founding Progressive Marketing, Jim worked for Rockwell International's Power Tool Division as a sales representative in Illinois, then as a District Manager in Ohio and western Pennsylvania, and finally as a Regional Manager in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, West Virginia, and Western Pennsylvania.

Denny joined Progressive Marketing in 1988. He is responsible for all accounts in northern West Virginia and Pennsylvania. His key accounts include Busy Beaver, 84 Lumber, Warehouse Sales, Master Wholesale, Kings Garden Center, Kraynaks, Gosner, Fairview Floral, Grower Exchange, Buyers Fair, Action Home Center, and E.H. Griffith.
Denny also serves the hardware co-op members, industrial, contract supply and paint sundry outlets, while maintaining regular store service on national home centers in his territory.
Prior to joining Progressive Marketing, Denny was territory manager for a national supplier of awards and class rings.

Jim has been on the sales team with Progressive Marketing since October, 1989. Jim's account responsibilities include Allied Dealers Supply, Petitti's, Mackenzie Nursery, Mellingers, Pandy's, Gales/Donzells, and certain hardware co-op members, industrial, and contractor supply accounts.
Prior to joining Progressive Marketing, Jim was account manager for a former feeder in the northeast Ohio area, Stem Distributing.

Mike joined Progressive Marketing in September 2002 as an experienced sales veteran of the industry for over 25 years. He is responsible for eastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, and Maryland. He services LMC, Rite-Aid, QVC, Bradley-Caldwell, Commerce Distributing, Duron Paint, Kirk Kredell, CY Tanager, Craftsman & Co., and various contractor supply and lawn & garden outlets in his territory.

Mary Hird
Mary joined Progressive Marketing in September, 2005. Mary manages the Hudson office and is an invaluable link between our customers and manufacturers. Her duties also include Customer Service and communications.

Dot Lang
Dot has been with Progressive
Marketing since it's inception in 1979. She is primarily responsible
for corporate taxes and accounting.

Liz Hall
Liz has been with Progressive Marketing since the fall of 1997. Liz is responsible for invoice entry for commission tracking purposes. She is also in charge of commission reconciliation, sales reporting, updating customer lists, and is our resident webmaster.
