Paul heads up the Western Region for Progressive Marketing and is one of the two partners in the agency. With Progressive Marketing since 1981, Paul presently calls on The Andersons, Do-It Best merchandising departments, Bostwick Braun, K-Mart, Meijer, and Frank's Nursery.
Prior to joining Progressive Marketing, he worked for an established rep agency, calling on a variety of customers from hardware/home center and lawn & garden retail outlets, to distributors, to direct chain accounts in Michigan, Northwest Ohio, and Indiana. He also worked for Rockwell International's Consumer Power Tool Division in the Michigan and Northwest Ohio territory as a sales representative and then as Regional Manager.

Jay brings over 24 successful years of sales and marketing experience in the retail industry. To support this experience, he held the position of Vice-President Sales/National Accounts for L.G. Cook (Cook Distribution Services) and National Sales Manager of LDR Industries. Jay is responsible for accounts in Michigan consisting of Meijer, Aco Inc., J. Mollema, Hardware Distributors, Triangle Distributing, Jerry Baker, Murray, and Amway.

Charlene has been with Progressive Marketing since June, 1986. She manages the sales office for the Western Region and assists in all areas of communication, word processing and customer service functions. She is a key link between customer and manufacturers and provides instantaneous, professional communcation. She is an invaluable member of our service-oriented team.
